1. Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • A receipt or order confirmation is required for processing.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Personal wear items (lingerie, innerwear, swimwear)
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Gift cards & digital downloads
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or without original packaging

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • Sale/discounted items are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
