1. Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- A receipt or order confirmation is required for processing.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Personal wear items (lingerie, innerwear, swimwear)
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Gift cards & digital downloads
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or without original packaging
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you by email.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Sale/discounted items are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
